1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SuccessTracker website, and any tutoring, counselling or educational support services booked through it. By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, or booking a demo class, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Educational Services

SuccessTracker connects parents and students with independent home tutors for school subjects, board exam preparation, and competitive exam coaching such as IIT-JEE and NEET foundation courses. We make reasonable efforts to match students with tutors suited to their class, subject and learning needs, but we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades or exam results, as these depend on many factors beyond our control, including the student's own effort and consistency.

3. Student Responsibilities

Students using our tutoring services are expected to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time and be prepared to learn.
  • Treat tutors and staff with courtesy and respect.
  • Complete any practice work or assignments given by the tutor.
  • Inform a parent or guardian promptly of any concerns about a session or tutor.

4. Parent Responsibilities

Parents or guardians booking services on behalf of a student agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the student's class, subjects and learning needs.
  • Ensure a safe, appropriate space is available for home tuition sessions.
  • Communicate promptly with our team regarding scheduling, fees or any concerns.
  • Supervise younger students as appropriate during home visits.

5. Tutor Responsibilities

Tutors associated with SuccessTracker are expected to conduct themselves professionally, arrive prepared for sessions, and deliver teaching consistent with the student's class and subject requirements. While we take reasonable steps to verify tutor qualifications and background before onboarding, tutors are independent individuals, and parents are encouraged to share any feedback with our team so we can maintain service quality.

6. Bookings & Payments

Demo classes are offered free of charge and without obligation. Fees for ongoing tuition are communicated transparently by our academic counsellor before a commitment is made, based on the class, subject and number of weekly sessions chosen. Payment terms and schedules will be confirmed directly with you at the time of booking regular sessions.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Parents may request to reschedule or cancel a demo class or session by informing our team in advance, ideally at least a few hours before the scheduled time, so we can update the tutor accordingly. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect tutor availability for future bookings. Any refund considerations for paid sessions will be handled case-by-case in line with the specific arrangement made with your counsellor.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the SuccessTracker website — including text, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the property of SuccessTracker or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our website content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

SuccessTracker acts as a platform connecting students with independent tutors and makes reasonable efforts to ensure a positive learning experience. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, SuccessTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to academic performance outcomes or scheduling disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

10. Privacy & Data Usage

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information. By using our website, you also agree to the practices described in that policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal and regulatory reasons. Any updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
